Our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals, have fun, meet new friends and most of all, to keep you active and moving.
Pamela Hayden is the Founder and Owner of Active Ageing Fitness, LLC. She is a Certified Fitness Instructor with over 15 years of training experience. Her disciplines include Pilates, Yoga, Aqua Fitness and Strength and Movement and Active Ageing Fitness. She has a passion for the Active Ageing Community. Over the years, Pam has developed a focused program for the more Life Experienced population. She teaches in a fun, casual and encouraging approach. Pam is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a recognized speaker on fitness for the Mature and those with health issues. She maintains her Certifications thru SCW Fitness Education.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that when you maintain the fitness activities we teach, either with us or on your own, you will see positive results in your day to day mobility.
